As part of our introduction to England we went to Manchester to play Minigolf on the 16th of September. It is pretty easy to get to Manchester, Liverpool and even London, because Crewe (the town my college is at) is a railway center.

The first thing in Manchester was a visit to the Treetop Adventure Golf where the golf courses are designed to look like a jungle.

The design was very cool with decent prices. When you are in Manchester, I defo recommend visiting the place. The cool atmosphere countered the fact that I’m shit at minigolf at least a little bit.
After our minigolf experience we seperated into our own groups and wandered around Trafford Centre and visited some shops. My personal highlights were the two music stores I got to see, the coolest one being the Forsyth Music Shop where I saw this awesome guitar:

I didn’t buy it though for obvious reasons… There were many other guitars, even Les Paul Standards for more than 3000£!
The other guitar store was Chase Direct which was a lot smaller but very cozy with a friendly and helpful owner. I even got to try their brand of amplifiers which (in my opinion) sounded awesome and were very affordable. I bought a small pick for my chain.
I wanted to try the Taco Bell in Manchester as we don’t have them in Germany, but we decided against it. Instead, we went to an authentic Italian restaurant (the Italians in our group verified it) with delicious pizza. Now I have been to Manchester, when I’m going to Liverpool I will make a post and compare the two cities. For now, Manchester was awesome and I’m going back this week!
P.S.: I saw all your responses and was very happy that you enjoyed it! I hope that you feel the same about my coming posts. Thanks a lot for reading!!
